With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Catherine Best of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Deushane and Wilma St Clair Deushane; her husband Dr. Don Best; her son Brent Best; her grandson Ian Morris; and her brother Rod Deushane.
She is survived by: her daughter Norma Morris; her son-in-law Steven Morris of Charleston; her grandsons, Chris Morris (April) of Charleston, Will Best and Ryan Best of Charleston; her great grandchildren, Zoey Morris of Charleston, Hannah Morris of Charleston and Harrison Morris of Charleston; and her siblings, John Deushane of Alpharetta, GA and Vicki Pettett of Canton, IL..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the South Charleston Church of God (5303 Ohio St, Charleston, WV 25309). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
