She is survived by: her siblings, Neal Haynes (Vickie) and Denise Haynes (Tony Knuckles); her siblings-in-law, Keith Thaxton (Cheryl) and Joan Gortney; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Thaxton, Justin Thaxton (Valerie), Stephanie Goodwin and Ke'ra Burdette (Shane). She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and many cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Thaxton Family Cemetery.
