She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dane Hughes and Myrtle Butcher Hughes; her husband E. Herald Blair; and her siblings, Eloise Rock Puglisi (Vince) and Orval J. Hughes (June).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Blair Sestak (David) of Leesburg, VA and Linda Blair Albright (Paul) of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Lauren Sestak, Lindsey Sestak, Nathan Albright and Nick Albright; and her sibling's children, Andrea J. Rock, Diane E. Rock, Andrew T. Rock, Steve Hughes and Jeff Hughes.
