With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Withrow in Charleston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2026 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Crews, Sr. and Bernice Martin Crews; her husband Calvin Ray Withrow; and her sister Patricia Crews Wykle. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Vandegrift (Paul Jr.), Sheldon Sears (Ashley Shields), Eric Withrow (Garnett) and Erica Edwards (Calvin Boothe); her grandchildren, Sheldon Jr., Allie, Joseph, Haley, Audrina, Abby and Eli; her great grandchildren, Bethany and James; and her siblings, Margie Jones (Russell), Robert Crews (Nancy) and Brenda Shanklin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
