He was predeceased by : his parents, Orlan Crouse, Jr. and Dora Jeanne Crouse (Hotsinpiller); his wife Theresa McClintock Crouse (Tari); his brother Michael Lynn Crouse; his sister-in-law Evelyn Crouse; his nephew Justin Crouse; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick McClintock and Charles Arnold.
He is survived by : his children, Douglas Judson Crouse and Sarah Elizabeth Crouse (Nick Burdette); his sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Arnold and Elizabeth Diane McClintock (Terry Johnson); and his nieces, Molly McClintock Arnold and Rebecca Gibson Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, Rock Steady Boxing via Advanced Physical Therapy, or the Charleston Parkinson's Support Group.
