He is survived by: his parents, Susan Mayes and Jimmy Mayes; his sons, Talan G. Mayes and Tucker A. Cain; his siblings, Joseph "Joey" Mayes, Keith Johnston, Scott Canterbury and Michelle Martin; and his grandparents, Shirley Mayes Hill and Michial Hill. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
