He is survived by: his wife Ella Hoffman; his children, Steven Hoffman II, Shannon Hoffman and Christina Burns (Ryan); and his sisters, Connie Hawkins of Clarksburg and Carol Dudley of Hurricane. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
