It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Alfred of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Alfred and Nina Alfred (Barnes). She is survived by: her siblings, Lillian F. Alfred of Charleston and Robert E. Alfred, Jr. of Charleston.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home (1118 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301). Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Waldeck Cemetery.
