She was predeceased by: her parents, Corazon Hizon Dizon and Marcelino Dizon. She is survived by: her husband Ralph S. Smith, Jr.; her children, Jason (Mary), Ralph, III (Jeana) and Heather (Scott); her grandchildren, Madeline, Marcelino, Sophia and Phillip; and her sisters, Corazon, Lydia, Nancy, Connie, Susan and Josie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
