She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bailey and Mabel Hedrick Bailey of Cedar Grove, WV.; her husband Earle D. Steele; and her siblings, Mildred Steele Sanger, Virginia Tootsie Jolly, Merell Mike Bailey, Dag Bailey and Paul Bailey.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Steele (Betsy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Steele Hernandez, Matthew Steele (Molly), Michael Steele (Diane) and Emily Steele; her daughter Amy Allison Craft (Greg); and her grandchildren, Christoper Allison and Daniel Allison (Sarah). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 2 step grandsons, and 3 great step grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
