Bailey of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Jet Bailey, Morgan Bailey and Brooke Bailey; his pets, Puffy and Tinker; and his adoptive daughter Kisha Eblen of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
