He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Bell and Ruth Eskew Bell; and his siblings, Tony Bell, Terry Bell and Karen Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Stivers (Ricky) and Terry Shannon Bell; his grandchildren, Rhomas Stivers and Gabi Stivers; his sister Joyce McCallister (Timmyle Bell); and his close friends, Kenny Lewis, Derick Foster, Ronnie Bell, Gary Smith and Leonard Codispodi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
