She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cole and Shelby Meadows Cole. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hughes; her children, Jeremy Ferrell of Pt and Elizabeth Ferrell of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Isaiah Ferrell, Colton Gebhard, Kendall Gebhard and Jamere.
In keeping with Toni's request, her cremation wishes will be honored by a donation to the Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, or local pet shelter.
