He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Payne and Dennis Williams; his stepparents, Melissa Villalobos and Brian Wines; his grandparents, Doris Williams, Gary Jones and Gary Payne; his sisters, Alexus Williams, Nikie Wines, Brittanie Wines and Candy Lewis; his stepsiblings, Cody Villalobos, Sahara Paxton and Danica Wells; and his uncle Ray Eagle (Penny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A reception will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Twin City Bible Church (100 1st Ave S, Nitro, WV 25143). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
