She was predeceased by: her parents, French Matheny and Velva Wylie Matheny Page; her husband John Henry "Tony" Mooney; her siblings, Keith Matheny, French Matheny Jr., JoElla Milam, Susanne Maffioli and Mary Bess Arnett; her children, H. O. Campsey II and Terry Dunkle; and her grandson Barry Cottrill.
She is survived by: her children, Okey Cottrill and Susan Marie Goodwin; and her sister Lanora "Jolly" Wegmann. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. and many nieces and nephews.
