He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burkhammer and Peggy Burkhammer; and his siblings, Dana and Jan Howell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his siblings, Andy, Luke and Jill Hornish; and his children, Walter, Arthur, Rocky, Frank II of Kalley Kat, K. T, Kitty, Felicia and Al E. Cat. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
