She is survived by: her daughters, Camilla Carter (Jarrett Pearson) of Campbells Creek and Rhonda Phares (Chris) of Murrells Inlet; her granddaughters, Katie Carter (Mikeal Lipscomb) of Charleston and Lindsey Bumgarner (Cole) of Scott Depot; her brother-in-law Frank Mullins (Sarah) of Milton; and her pet Evie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
