Virginia Ferguson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2025, Virginia Ferguson of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Virginia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Virginia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hess and Jessica Rae Hess. She is survived by: her husband Lines Ferguson; her daughter-in-law Diane Ferguson; her grandchildren, Eric, Andrew, Christopher (Kasey), Meghann and Mary Kathryne; and her great grandchildren, Audrey and Carter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (4301 MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25309). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
