She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Paco" Lowe; her stepchildren, Tuesdae Eickholt (Barry) of Delphis, OH, Leah Lowe (Cedric) of South Charleston, WV and Kenneth "Kenner" Lowe II (Brittany) of Winfield; her brother Paul James Monroe II (Yolanda) of Sissonville; her nephew Paul James "PJ" Monroe III of Knoxville, TN; her brother Cameron "Cam" Monroe; her nephew Adam of Charleston; her sister Malina Burdette (Kevin) of Charleston; and her stepnephews, Sean, Brandon and Jeremy Burdette. She is also survived by nine step grandchildren.
