With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Robert Riggall of Charleston, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. William Robert left this world on July 17, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Davis Riggall and Virginia Riggall (Corson). He is survived by: his significant other Marti Vick Riggall; his children, Shaina (Clifford Starcher), Korin Parsons and Todd Long (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ameera Starcher (Kris Cheek), Amina Starcher, Emerie Parsons, Nicholas Long, Grayson Long and Alexander Long; his brother Frank Riggall, MD; his sibling's children, Todd Riggall and Heather Duque (Elizabeth Riggall); and also Charlotte Coleman Gaffney. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home (1118 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301).
