He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Jeffries Sr. and Adah Mae Duke Jeffries. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Jeffries (Angela), John Jeffries Jr., Margaret "Sue" Jackson, Kathleen Arko (William), Eric Kester (Vicki), Dorothy Ashcraft (Jim) and Rowena Stockman (Charles); and his stepmother Nancy Jeffries. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
