She is survived by: her father Eugene Pugh of East Liverpool; her husband John "Mike" Johnson; her daughter Shina Haney of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Synica Lewis and Jaymin Haney; her great grandchild Liam Johnson; and her siblings, Joyce Grey of East Liverpool, David Pugh (Charlotte) of St. Louis, Robert Pugh (Mandy) of Greensburg and John Pugh (Doreen) of Canton, Ohio.
