It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cora Lee Lyons of Chester, West Virginia, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar B. Speece and Martha Bennet Speece. She is survived by: her husband Reuben Lyons; her children, Tanika Geibel-Smith and Michael Geibenl Jr.; her grandchildren, Austin Smith, Morgan, Ashton, Ethan, Olivia Geibel and Gibson Call; and her siblings, Kevin Crawford (Dawn), Oscar B. Speece Jr., Carrie Lynn Cronin (Cevan) and Brenda Chaney.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
