He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Barton and Eva Dunlevey Barton Cline; his children, Tim Barton (Laura) of Toledo, Randy Grey, Eugene Williams and Dianna Jackson; and his siblings, Wilbur Barton, Ray, Jim, Tom, Don, John D., Dave, Gail Cline, Marie Delposen, Dora Strum and Betty Nagy-Litton.

He is survived by: his stepfather Ray Cline; his significant other Betty Eddy Barton; his children, Chasity Barton, Terry Smith (Jerry), Jenny Spurlock of South Carolina, Pamela Pavesi of Georgia, Kathy Gantt of South Carolina, Jerry Barton (Cathy) of South Carolina, Bill Grey (Darla) of Lisbon and Bob Grey (Stephanie) of East Liverpool; his sister Nancy DeRosa of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Tisha, Danny, Josh, John, Joseph, Thomas, Nicki, Christoper, Ethan, Naomi, Olivia, Daniel, Ezekiel, Phoebe, Jachin, Chloe, Devon, Matthew, Brigette, Amanda, Megan, Destiny, Chad, Becca, Alicia, Alexis, Halie, Brian, Amber, Holly, Rich, Michael, Sharie, Amyah, Sophia, Baylee, Callie, Karson, Trudy Falcone, Heather Mackall, Brittany Grey and Amir Baptiste; his nephew Wilbur Barton (Teresa); and his pet Allie.
