He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Bowyer; his grandparents, Paul Miller Jr. and Mary Miller; and the mother of his children Lisa Dozier. He is survived by: his mother Mary "Granny" Miller Bowyer; his children, Jamie Dozier of East Liverpool, Dave Dozier II (Nicole) of East Liverpool, Dillon Dozier of Columbus and Autum Cooksey (Isiah) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Austyn, Kiersten, Garrett, Jalen, Aubri, Braydon and Sammi; his great grandchildren, Emma and Jaxx; his siblings, Terry Lang of East Liverpool, Robin Bunch (Don) of Lisbon, Rick Burlingame (Penny) of Austintown and Duane Bowyer of Carrollton; and his close friend Roxy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
