She is survived by: her children, Michelle Collins, Christopher "Michael" Collins and John Collins (Linsey Robertson); her grandchildren, Ezius Ashly, Caiden Collins and John Collins Jr.; her great grandchildren, Ezia Ashly and Essence Ashly; and her siblings, Bill West and Cindy Miller (Steve Peshek).
