She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Jividen and Rebekah Straight Jividen; her husband Robert Perkins; and her siblings, Arza Jividen and Cathy Matthews.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Perkins; and her siblings, Pam Metts (Ken), Stephanie Smith (Scott) and Scott Jividen.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
