She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Herron and Ida M. Whitney Herron. She is survived by: her husband James Shannon; her children, George Thompson, Casey Weber (Aaron), Barry Thompson (Mary Ann), Christina Smith (Carson) and Ronnie Thompson (Amy); her grandchildren, Emery Thompson, Isabelle, Robert James Weber, Scarlett Thompson, Justin, Abigail Smith and Destiny Valentine (Chris); and her siblings, Michael, Jimmy Herron, Roxanne Quinn and Irene Cosley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
