He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusta Cochran and Jennie Bailey Cochran. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Cochran (Amie) of Salem and Chris Cochran of Highland Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Abigail, Halle, Calista, Chloe, Caige and Kenzie; and his siblings, Ronald Cochran (Susie), Richard Cochran (Jaye) and Kathryn Frampton (Randy).
A reception will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034).
