He is survived by: his wife Jean Maxwell; his daughters, Sondra Maxwell, Kimberly Wilson, Marianne Bozek and Jane Lynn Creese; his grandchildren, Jayma Wilson, Karley Bozek (Brian Sayre), Devan Tingler (Chris), Robert Bozek, Alyssa Creese (Machale Harville) and Jonathan Creese; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Wilson-Plunkett (Chris Warrick), Teneille Diaz-Wilson, Addalynn, Parker, Landon Tingler, Leyland Sayre, Zaidyin and Zakari Harville.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child ages 1–16 to honor his memory.
