He was predeceased by: his father Albert C.; his wife Linda Cochran; his son Joshua Eli Cochran; and his siblings, Audrey Chrisman, Jim and William Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Cochran (Susie), Kenny Cochran (Donna), Kim Cochran (Kenny Travis), Linda Cochran (Scott Hock), Tami Daniel (Ted Wynn) and Emily Cochran (David Ferry); his siblings, Joe Cochran (Martha), Thelma Hall, Wilma Taubert and Doris Peters (Roy); and his brother-in-law Clyde Chrismen. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 W Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
