He was predeceased by : his children, April of Steven's McKinnon and Brian McKinnon; and his brother Jim McKinnon. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Talbott McKinnon; his children, Kevin Talbott (Rebecca) of East Liverpool and Tonya Wooley (Robert) of South Carolina; his daughter-in-law Amie McKinnon (Aaron) of West Point; and his brother Randy West of Washington State. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
