She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bowen and Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Darwin Smith; and her daughters, Lindsay Vulgamore (Adam) of Mooresville, NC and Kara Mumford (Carl) of Chester, WV.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to the Hancock County Animal Shelter or the Magic Tree Community Garden in New Cumberland, WV.
