He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Devaux and Margaret M. Hildoer Devaux. He is survived by: his wife Catherine F. Kester Devaux; his sons, David Devaux of Chester, Darrell Devaux (Denise Devaux-Harless) of East Liverpool, Chris Devaux (Laura O'Brien) of Romeoville, IL and Rick Devaux (Mindy) of East Liverpool; and his stepsiblings, Bill Springer and Janice Springer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
