She is survived by: her parents, George Lamp (Pam) of Chester and Diane Bebout Thomas (Craig) of Chester; her husband Ronald Payton; her children, Kayleigh Jenkins (Aaron) of Fort Drum, NY and Jacob Lynch (Karen) of Fort Eustis, VA; her grandchildren, Johonna, Milayni Vantilburg, Paiden Jenkins, Dominic Lynch, Romey Jenkins, Eliana and Silas Franco-Lynch; and her siblings, George Lamp of Wintersville, Joseph Lamp of Bonita Springs, FL, Lisa Converse (Joseph) of Wintersville and Allecia Castillo of Bonita Springs, FL.. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
