Though Rodney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rodney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza B. Adkins and Sally Canterbury Adkins; and his siblings, Paul "Rick", Randy Adkins and Cathy Shaffer.
He is survived by: his brother John Adkins (Heidi); and his close friends, Lish, Andrew and Nova. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
