She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Railing and Emma Steepleton Railing; and her sister Marilyn Mehaffey. She is survived by: her husband Randall Brown; and her sister Gayla Taylor (Gary) of East Liverpool. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens (861 Sixth St, Newell, WV 26050).
