He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Hanlon; his daughters, Taylor Troup of East Liverpool and Cheyenne Grooms of East Liverpool; his siblings, Helen Hill of Salem, Darrin Harsh (Diana Carnes) of Salem, Arthur "Buddy" Harman Jr. (Shannon), Elkton, Andrew Harman (Tracy) of East Liverpool, Rae Lynn Cehrs (Robert) of Beaver Falls and Loretta Beabout of East Liverpool; his grandson Rowan Mason; his close friend Johnny Weyand (Chris); his cousin Debbie Stockwell (Dave); and his pets, Bruiser, Max and Luna. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephew.
