He is survived by: his wife Cathryn "Cathy" Hopkins (Hughes); his daughter Penny Boling; his stepsons, Dave Boling (Jennifer) and Rich Boling; his grandchildren, Michael Brancheck and Emma Boling; his sister Katherine Otto (Fred); his sister-in-law Shirley MaHaffey (Jim); and his niece Lori Littell (Mark). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
