He is survived by: his fiancée Judy Schondelmayer; his children, Lisa Sparks of Chester, WV and Steven T. Sparks (Renee) of Grand Rapids, MI.; his stepgrandchildren, Finnegan and Lillian Rohs; and his brothers, James Sparks (Mary) of Brentwood, TN and John Sparks (Debi) of Florida.
