He was predeceased by: his parents, Morell E. (Evelyn Ruth Marshell Yost) and Tim; his son Joey Caughey; and his siblings, James, Robert Yost, Shelby Graham and Connie Bormann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Yost of Toronto and Jamie Caughey of Wheeling; and his sister Sharon Starr (Paul) of Chester. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chester First Christian Church (330 Indiana Ave, Chester, WV 26034).
