He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Spencer and Grace Bailey Jarvis; his wife Naomi Ruth King Jarvis; his son Charles Eric Jarvis; his grandson Elijah Lee Jarvis-Parsons; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Lynn Jarvis.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Lea Bumgarner (Ken), Debra Joan Fizer (Joe) and William Scott Jarvis (Helen); his grandchildren, Ashley Noel Anderson (Dustin Vance), Cortney Renee Jones (Travis), Erica Rae Jarvis-Parsons and Jason Eric Jarvis (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Braxton Anderson (Dezbrianna), Bailey Anderson, Brooks Anderson, Spencer Casto, Bentley Casto, Elizabeth Joy Britton, Jaxen Jarvis-Parsons, Gracie Kay Jarvis and Waylon Coleman "Si" Javis; his great great grandchildren, Isabella Anderson and Chloe Anderson; and his siblings, Madelyn DeWeese and Charter Jarvis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc.-Arnoldsburg Chapel (1440 Arnoldsburg Road, Arnoldsburg, WV 25234). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc. (1440 Arnoldsburg Road, Arnoldsburg, WV 25234).
