It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Jane Harper of Circleville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Judy "Peanut" and Minnie B. Vandevander Judy; her son Christopher Paul Harper; and her brother-in-law Kenny Lee Hedrick. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Paul Harper of Circleville; her daughter Lucinda "Cindy" Harper Kisamore (Keith) of Riverton, WV.; her grandchildren, Ashley Gail Kisamore-Kimble (Ashley) of Rockingham, VA and Kyle Laden Kisamore (Crystan) of Seneca Rocks, WV.; her great grandchildren, Blaiklee Harper Kimble, Briggs Karson Kimble, Laden Gray Kisamore and Amyiah Jane Kisamore; and her siblings, Daisy M. Hedrick of Seneca Rocks, WV, Roy Lee Judy (Debbie) of Circleville, WV and Johnny H. Judy (Rita) of Mt. Storm, WV..
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Pendleton Manor, Pendleton County Rescue Squad, Circleville & Seneca Rocks, Fire Dept., and Riverton United Methodist Church.
