He is survived by: his mother Helen Moats Nay of Clarksburg; his brothers, Michael Lynn Powers and Charles Ray Powers (Barbara Jean Powers); his sister-in-law Dianna Davisson; his niece Felisha Dawn Powers; his nephews, Charles Ray Powers, Jr. (Chucky), Justin Davisson and Hunter Lee Davisson; his aunt Karen Ann Richards; his cousins, Larry Powers, Angela Powers and Rusty Powers; and his siblings, Lawrence Lee Davisson and Karen Davisson.
