She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lynn Irwin of Lansing, KS, Jacqueline Jean Hetzer of West Union, WV, James Scott Irwin of Seattle, WA and Carl Edward Irwin of West Union; her grandson Richard Scott Hetzer of Newport News, VA.; her great grandchildren, Celina, Olivia, Xavier and Cash; her brother Bert Huggins III; her nieces, Natalie and Esther; and her nephew Isaac.
