He is survived by: his mother Dee Ann Richter (Kevin Duckworth) of Clarksburg; his children, Brandon Joseph Stutler and Fynn Carol Clevenger; his half-brother Jacob Clevenger; and his grandfather Romey Lee Richter (Clarksburg). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
