He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mackey Adams; his children, Nicholas Adams (Aaron Miller), David Martin (Julie Matson), Marlyn Martin (Zachary), Megan Swiger (Paul) and Wallace; his grandchildren, Zachary, Timothy, Kayler Martin, Justin, Madison, Nathan Martin, Brantley and Dylan Swiger; and his siblings, John Adams, Laura O'Neal and Timothy Adams.
