He is survived by: his wife Delma Lea Law Rathbun; his children, Thaddeus David Rathbun (Teresa Lynne Rathbun) of Louisiana, Margaret Dell Rathbun Harwood (Doug Harwood) of Arizona and William Todd Rathbun (Kimberly Lemley) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Matthew Rathbun, Christina Rathbun, Elizabeth Hyde, Zackery Rathbun, April Rathbun, Justin Rathbun, Joshua Chrislip and Shyanne Rathbun; his great grandchildren, Leon Rathbun, Audrina Christian, Alexia Rathbun, Roman Rathbun, Grayson Rathbun, Braylin Markovich and Bentley Markovich; and his siblings, Joy Rathbun and Hubert Rathbun (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
