It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Smith of Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Smith Sr. and Jean Helen Tacy Smith; his siblings, Linda Sue Murphy and Sherman Carl Smith; and his niece Alyssa Dawn.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Harold Smith Jr. (Barbara) of Fall Branch, TN, Robert Alan Smith (Elizabeth) of Dry Fork, WV and Donna Jean Pittillo (Chris) of Cambridge, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
