He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wayne Richards and Nell Marie Ables White. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Jones Richards; his children, Justin Davisson of Clarksburg, Donna Harper of Clarksburg, Sheri Abner of Clarksburg, Jeffrey Abner of Ohio and Burgandy Abner of Clarksburg; and his sisters, Rebecca Richards of Clarksburg, Tina Richards of Alabama and Donna Martin of Clarksburg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, seven nieces and nephews.
